Email Settings

The tenant's email signature, whether statements are emailed automatically, and the templates of the emails it sends (one per type, customised with PUT, back to the default with DELETE).

Customises the template's subject and body. A subject and body equal to the defaults leave it un-customised.

Puts the template back to its default subject and body, and returns it.
