Get Timesheet Template

The timesheet CSV template: the header row plus one row per CIS subcontractor with their code, name, default hourly rate, one hour, default VAT rate (-2 when not VAT registered) and whether DRC applies by default. The header row only when the tenant has no subcontractors. Fill it in and post it to the analysis, then the import.
