Stream ContactAnnualStatement PDF
The contact's annual statement as a PDF through the signed pdfUrl of the statement, with no credentials: the tenant, expiry and token come from the query, and disposition=inline shows it in the browser rather than downloading it. A bad or expired token is 401; a contact not paid in the period is 404.
